In this disclaimer, “the Verdict,” “we,” and “our” mean this website, The GLP-1 Verdict; “you” means the reader; and “content” means everything we publish — reviews, rankings, Verdict Scores, comparisons, articles, and any figure or table on the site.

We are a consumer watchdog for the GLP-1 telehealth market, not a clinic. We test claims, pull pricing, and rule on providers. What we do not do — and cannot do — is practice medicine. Read this page as the boundary line on everything else you find here.

Educational only — not medical advice

Our content exists to inform, compare, and pressure-test the market. It is general educational information, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a clinical recommendation for you specifically. Nothing here should be read as telling you to start, stop, switch, or dose any medication. Treat every ranking and review as a research starting point that a licensed clinician then has to sign off on for your situation.

No clinician relationship is created

Reading the Verdict, emailing us, or clicking a link does not create a physician–patient, pharmacist–patient, or any other care relationship between you and us. We do not know your history, your labs, your other medications, or your contraindications — and we are not positioned to. Only a clinician who actually examines you can weigh those.

Results are individual, not promised

Any outcome, weight change, timeline, or experience mentioned on the Verdict is illustrative, not a forecast for you. Response to GLP-1 therapy varies widely from person to person, and depends on dose, adherence, diet, activity, and factors a clinician evaluates. We promise no result, and you should not infer one.

The GLP-1 fine print worth reading twice

Many providers we cover offer compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Compounded preparations are not the same as, and are not FDA-approved as, the branded finished products — Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Rybelsus® (Novo Nordisk) or Mounjaro®, Zepbound® (Eli Lilly). They are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality in the way an approved drug is. Whether any GLP-1 — branded or compounded — is appropriate, safe, and legal for you is a decision for a prescriber who has evaluated you, not for a website. We name these products only to identify what is being discussed; naming them is not endorsement.

Third-party information is not our endorsement

We cite studies, labeling, and provider disclosures, and we link out to third-party sites we do not control. Referencing a study, a provider, or a product is reporting — not a clinical endorsement of it for you, and not a warranty about it. When we link to a provider, you are leaving the Verdict for a company whose care, claims, and safety practices are theirs, not ours.

Accuracy is not guaranteed

We work to keep the Verdict accurate and current, but medicine, pricing, and regulation move fast, and errors happen. We make no warranty that any content is complete, current, or free of mistakes, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.
