Our take on Shed

First, the name. The company now presents itself simply as Shed, and its old address forwards to the new one. Everything below is what Shed publishes on its own site in October 2026. The core offer is compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections, plus two needle-free compounded options that most rivals skip: liquid drops taken by mouth and a lozenge that dissolves under the tongue. On the brand side, Shed lists Wegovy, Zepbound and the Foundayo pill.

Prices are posted per product, and they drop as you commit. Compounded semaglutide is $199 for one month, $179 a month on a six-month plan ($1,074) and $159 a month on twelve ($1,908). Compounded tirzepatide is $299 for one month, $269 on six and $239 on twelve. That $239 is the number in Shed's ads, so read it as a year-long price, not a monthly one. The drops start at $229 a month and the lozenges at $199. Shed says the price stays flat as your dose climbs, which matters with tirzepatide, where many sellers charge more at higher strengths.

The brand-name route works differently. For Zepbound, Shed charges a $125 monthly membership and the medication, a vial filled by an outside pharmacy, runs another $349 to $499. That puts a real month somewhere between about $474 and $624. Wegovy is listed from $349 a month. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, so the brand path is the one to pick if that matters to you, but it costs roughly double.

Shed also makes a money-back promise: lose 5% of your weight in 120 days or get refunded. The fine print ties it to check-ins and sticking to the plan, so keep records if you intend to use it. Health coaching, unlimited provider follow-ups, a shot-tracking app and free shipping come with the compounded plans.

Signing up, paying and canceling

What Shed's own site shows a new patient.

  • Signing up is a five-minute online form; a provider reviews the answers, and if approved the medication ships to your home with no video visit required up front.
  • Every subscription has a two-month minimum, and after that you must cancel at least 72 hours before the next billing date from the member portal under My Treatments, then Manage Subscription.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, so a six- or twelve-month plan is not a month-to-month arrangement once you start it.
  • Zepbound comes through Shed as a vial, not a pen, with the drug billed by the dispensing pharmacy separately from Shed's own membership fee.

What we like

  • Three compounded routes — weekly injection, liquid drops and lozenges — plus brand Wegovy, Zepbound and the Foundayo pill
  • Tirzepatide $299/mo month-to-month falling to $239 on a twelve-month plan; semaglutide $199 falling to $159
  • Health coaching included with membership rather than upsold
  • Publishes a 120-day weight-loss guarantee (lose 5% or get refunded, tied to check-ins), which almost nothing else here offers

The caveats

  • The advertised "as low as $239" tirzepatide rate requires committing to twelve months — month-to-month is $299
  • Compounded medication is not FDA-approved the way brand Ozempic, Wegovy, or Zepbound are
  • The dispensing compounding pharmacy is not publicly named
  • Every subscription has a two-month minimum before you can cancel

Shed: common questions

How much does Shed cost per month?

Compounded semaglutide is $199 for a single month and $159 a month on a twelve-month plan. Compounded tirzepatide is $299 for a single month and $239 a month on twelve. Drops start at $229, lozenges at $199, and brand Zepbound adds a $125 membership to a $349 to $499 drug charge.

Can you cancel Shed anytime?

Not right away. Shed requires a two-month minimum on every subscription. After that, cancel at least 72 hours before your next billing date in the member portal; the change takes effect when the current subscription period ends.

Does Shed have a money-back guarantee?

Shed advertises that if you do not lose 5% of your body weight in 120 days you get your money back. Terms apply, including required check-ins and following your treatment plan, so log your weigh-ins and keep the program's check-ins current if you might claim it.

The verdict

Best for: People who want options rather than one route: a needle-free form, a brand pathway, or coaching included instead of sold separately. Three routes to a compounded GLP-1 — injection, drops and lozenges — plus brand Wegovy, Zepbound and the Foundayo pill, with health coaching bundled in.
