Terms of service
Last updated: July 2026
In these terms, “the Verdict,” “we,” and “our” mean this website, The GLP-1 Verdict, including its content and features; “you” means the reader accessing it; and “content” means everything we publish — reviews, rankings, Verdict Scores, comparisons, and articles.
These are the ground rules for using the Verdict. They are meant to be readable, not to bury anything. Use the site and you agree to them; if any part is a dealbreaker for you, the honest move is not to use the site.
Acceptance
By accessing or using the Verdict, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our privacy policy and medical disclaimer, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility and age
The Verdict is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding agreement, to use it. It is not directed to children, and it is not a substitute for guidance a young person should get from a parent, guardian, or clinician.
Informational only — not professional or medical advice
Everything on the Verdict is general information and editorial opinion for research purposes. It is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it does not create any professional relationship between you and us. Our Verdict Scores and rankings are our opinion, formed under our published methodology. Provider facts — pricing, states served, verification status — reflect each provider’s public disclosures at the time of review and change often; always confirm current details on the provider’s own site, and any health decision with a licensed clinician, before acting. See our full medical disclaimer.
How we are funded
The Verdict is reader-facing and free, and it is funded by affiliate commissions. Assume any provider we list may compensate us when you sign up through our links, at no additional cost to you — and understand that it never bends The Verdict Score. The full picture, including our editorial independence, is in our affiliate & advertising disclosure.
Provided “as is” — no warranty
The Verdict is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Verdict and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site or its content, including any decision you make about a provider, product, or medication. You use the Verdict, and act on what you read, at your own risk and on your own judgment.
Third-party links and providers
The site links to third-party provider websites we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for their content, pricing, products, clinical care, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of them for you. Any transaction, consultation, or relationship you enter into with a provider is solely between you and that provider.
Intellectual property
The Verdict’s content, rankings, scoring system, wording, and design are ours and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may link to our pages and quote briefly with attribution, but you may not republish, scrape, or reproduce substantial portions without our written permission.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Verdict and its contributors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any right of another party.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we revise the “last updated” date above, and your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer laws that apply to you where you live.
