50 Stars Health in brief

50 Stars Health fits a cost-conscious buyer who wants one flat price at every dose. Compounded semaglutide runs $146 month to month or $124 a month on six months; tirzepatide $220 or $183. The catch: it serves 44 states, not California, and refunds are rare.

Our take on 50 Stars Health

Everything here reflects what 50 Stars Health publishes in October 2026. It is a broad telehealth storefront that puts GLP-1 weight loss first, with longevity, hormone, sexual health and hair products on the side. The weight-loss menu is short: compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, both weekly injections, both made by licensed partner pharmacies. There is no brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound and no pill. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the company says so on each product page.

Pricing is the clearest part of the pitch. Each drug has three plans and the price does not move as your dose rises. Semaglutide is $146 on a monthly plan, $133 a month on three months and $124 a month on six. Tirzepatide is $220 monthly, $201 a month on three months and $183 a month on six. That price is meant to cover the first consultation, follow-up visits, shipping, injection supplies and messaging with the care team. Doses go from 0.2 mg to 1.2 mg for semaglutide and from 2 mg to 14 mg for tirzepatide, and patients do not pick their own strength.

Where it falls short is reach and flexibility. GLP-1s are available in 44 states plus Puerto Rico; the published list leaves out Alabama, Arkansas, California, Indiana, South Carolina and West Virginia. Plans renew on their own, even if you skip a required check-in, and the company says refunds are not typically given. If your doctor adds Zofran for nausea or a stool softener, those ride along in the first box and get reviewed at the three-month follow-up.

The fit is someone outside the excluded states who has done the math, wants tirzepatide under about $220 without a commitment, and is disciplined about cancel dates.

Signing up, paying and canceling

What 50 Stars Health's own site shows a new patient.

  • The eligibility check is a roughly five-minute medical history form, and the site says you are not charged unless a US-licensed provider approves treatment.
  • Billing hits one day before each cycle; to stop the next renewal you must cancel in the patient portal at least two days before the billing date.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid cycle, and any partial refund for undispensed medication is at the company's discretion.
  • A damaged or wrong shipment must be reported within 48 hours with photos of the packaging, vial and lot number, or a replacement may be refused.
  • Approved patients usually receive the kit in three to five business days by temperature-controlled delivery.
