Polly review

By Alyssa Selinger, EditorPricing checked

Polly in brief

Polly fits a self-pay buyer who wants compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide in vials with no membership fee. Semaglutide is $179 month to month or $135 a month on a six-month plan; tirzepatide $279 or $199. The catch: longer plans are charged upfront, and prorated refunds do not exist.

Our take on Polly

Everything below is what Polly publishes in October 2026. Polly describes itself as a platform that connects you with outside licensed providers and with 503A compounding pharmacies, naming Hallandale Pharmacy and VialsRx among them. The weight-loss menu is two drugs, compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, both as weekly injections. There is no brand Wegovy or Zepbound, and the help center says no oral version is offered. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.

Polly's price list lives in its help center rather than on the home page. Semaglutide is $179 a month month to month, $166 a month on three months and $135 a month on six. Tirzepatide is $279, $216 and $199. The price covers the medication at any dose, the provider consultation, shipping and ongoing support, and there is no membership fee. Multi-month plans are billed in one charge, so the six-month tirzepatide plan is $1,194 at checkout, and it ships as two three-month supplies to keep the medication within its use-by date.

Medication arrives in vials with syringes, not pre-filled pens, so you draw each dose yourself. Some formulations may include B12 or glycine. Polly says the whole process from intake to delivery usually takes five to eight business days, and providers can move you to a maintenance plan once you reach your goal.

The fit is someone comfortable with self-injection who wants to lock in a low rate for six months. Someone unsure whether a GLP-1 will agree with them should start month to month, because the refund rules on longer plans are tight.

Signing up, paying and canceling

What Polly's own site shows a new patient.

  • Signup is a short online medical intake reviewed by a licensed provider; if you are found ineligible, the order is canceled and fully refunded.
  • To end a plan you email the care team; the plan runs to the end of the billing cycle, and unused time is not prorated or refunded.
  • On a six-month plan with three or more months left, any refund of the unused portion is entirely at Polly's discretion.
  • Buy-now-pay-later options such as Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay work only on the three- and six-month plans, not on month-to-month auto-refill.
  • A damaged package must be reported with a photo within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
