- Its own storefront lists the same semaglutide injection at $119–$229 as a one-time purchase with checkout disabled, and even there the struck-through "was" price contradicts itself between $169 and $229 — two commerce paths, one company, and no page reconciling them
- TRT has no month-to-month rung at all: the shortest purchasable term is a three-month prepay, from $387 charged up front
- Everything is compounded and not FDA-approved — not equivalent to Wegovy, Ozempic or Zepbound, and quality rides on the partner pharmacy
- Sublingual drops and troches lack the absorption and efficacy evidence of injectables
