Peter MD is a broad telehealth brand that sells testosterone, sexual wellness, hair and longevity treatments alongside its weight-loss line, and the weight-loss line is small: a compounded semaglutide mixed with vitamin B12, sold as "GLP1 + B12," and a compounded tirzepatide. There is no brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound, no tablet and no plain semaglutide without the B12. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the product page says the medication is compounded by licensed pharmacies without naming them.
The semaglutide price needs a careful read, because the headline monthly figure is not what you pay at checkout. Level 1, for first-time users, is labeled $149 a month with "$447 Total" beneath it and an estimated 10 to 12 week supply. Level 2, for current or returning users, is labeled $139 a month with "$834 Total" and an estimated 8 to 12 week supply. Those totals are single charges: $447 is three months at $149, and $834 is six months at $139. But because Level 2 is described as an 8 to 12 week supply, the cost per four weeks of medication works out to roughly $278 to $417 by Peter MD's own numbers, far above the $139 label. Returning patients on higher doses should do that math before assuming Level 2 is the cheaper tier.
Tirzepatide is simpler to read: "Get Started for $149," then $249 a month, billed quarterly, with 60mg named on the page. The product pages also disagree with each other on geography. The semaglutide page says it is not available in Alabama, Idaho, Alaska or Hawaii; the tirzepatide page lists only Alabama and Idaho. Check your state on the page for the drug you want before starting the assessment.
The refund and auto-bill policy is among the strictest in this market.
