Bliv, run by Bliv Wellness LLC, is built around one promise: no phone calls and no video visits. You fill out an online medical intake, a U.S.-licensed clinician reviews it, and if approved the prescription usually comes within a day, with medication filled by a U.S. pharmacy and shipped in three to five days. Every page on its site now funnels into a single GLP-1 prescription page, which is where all the prices below come from. Bliv also sells erectile dysfunction, hair loss and peptide treatments, plus lipo injections, but GLP-1 weight loss leads.
Two medications are listed. Compounded semaglutide is shown at as low as $116 a month and compounded tirzepatide at as low as $199, both with the note that the price depends on plan structure and eligibility. Bliv does not show the plan lengths or what higher doses cost before the intake. A banner advertising 50% off and a starting price of $58 a month was running when we read the site in October 2026; treat that as a temporary promotion, not the regular rate. Pay-later options include CareCredit with 24 months at 0% and Klarna, but if you use CareCredit, a 15.99% service fee applies and is never refunded.
Subscriptions renew automatically on the date you first paid until you cancel in account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation is free in the sense that there is no contract, yet the money side is strict. A full refund is only possible within 72 hours of purchase and only if no service was rendered and nothing went to the pharmacy. After that, refunds are limited to medical reasons, such as a provider documenting that you cannot take the drug, and even then Bliv deducts $200 for clinical coordination and account setup. A provider consultation costs $24.99. Patients also have to request each monthly refill themselves through a form or web chat, which is easy to forget.
Bliv says its medications are compounded by licensed U.S. pharmacies; compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved. It does not bill insurance, Medicare or Medicaid, and it does not list the states it serves.
