Luvo Health is a cash-pay telehealth company that has grown well past weight loss, with longevity, microdosing and, soon, skincare and hormone programs on the same account. Its GLP-1 menu is wide for a small brand: compounded semaglutide by injection or as a tablet, compounded tirzepatide by injection, and brand-name Ozempic and Zepbound. Every price on the medication pages is a single number that, by Luvo's account, already covers the clinician review, the drug, ongoing check-ins and shipping, with no consult fee and no membership fee stacked on top.
In October 2026 those numbers were $209 per four weeks for semaglutide injections, $249 for tirzepatide injections and $259 for semaglutide tablets, each with half off the first 28-day cycle, so a first box costs $104.50, $124.50 or $129.50. Brand Ozempic runs $1,299 and brand Zepbound $1,399 per four weeks, with no introductory discount. Two things to factor in: you are billed every 28 days, which works out to 13 charges a year rather than 12, and the pricing page mentions plans of up to 24 weeks at a better rate without printing those longer prices; you see them only after the intake.
