Our take on HealthRX
HealthRX flips the usual telehealth order. You choose a plan and pay at checkout first, then fill in the medical intake, and a clinician licensed in your state reviews it within about a day. If that clinician says no, HealthRX promises a full refund. If they say yes, the medication ships overnight from a 503A compounding pharmacy with no signature needed. HealthRX describes itself as a marketplace that connects you with providers and pharmacies rather than a clinic that treats you directly.
Its pricing page is one of the more complete ones we have read, with a full table for each drug and a note that the figures were current as of late July 2026. Compounded semaglutide is $190 for a single month, $399 for three months, $714 for six and $1,188 for twelve. Compounded tirzepatide is $239, $627, $1,194 and $2,148 across the same terms. Each renewal gets a standing $25 credit, so a twelve-month semaglutide plan renews at $1,163. There is also a monthly Subscribe and Save option: semaglutide at $149 for the first month and $165 after, tirzepatide at $193 then $214. The plan price includes the consult, the medication at any prescribed dose, provider messaging and shipping, with no membership fee on top.
The product pages show slightly different headline figures from the pricing table, such as $97 a month on the twelve-month semaglutide plan, so confirm the exact charge on the checkout screen. HealthRX states that the checkout total is what you are billed.
The menu beyond weight loss is wide: NAD+ by injection or nasal spray, sermorelin, glutathione, vitamin B12, low-dose naltrexone, plus hair, skin and sexual-health products. On the GLP-1 side, though, we found only the two compounded injections in October 2026, no brand-name pen and no oral tablet. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and HealthRX says so on every product page.
Signing up, paying and canceling

- No intake form appears before payment: you are charged at checkout, then complete the health questionnaire, and payment does not guarantee a prescription.
- Cancellation is by email to the support team; it stops future renewals, and the pricing page says any unshipped dose is refunded.
- Once medication is dispensed and handed to the carrier the sale is final, so changes to an order must be made in your account before it ships.
