Our take on Sprout Health
Sprout Health keeps its offer small. On its own site in October 2026 it sells two weight-loss drugs, compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, both as injectable vials, plus a separate NAD+ line. The home page states plainly that these compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. We saw no Wegovy, Zepbound or oral tablet listed, so treat Sprout as a compounded-only shop unless a clinician tells you otherwise during intake.
The prices are easy to find, which is a plus. Semaglutide is $149 per four weeks on the monthly plan, or $99 a month on a twelve-month plan billed at $1,188 up front. Tirzepatide is $199 per four weeks, or $149 a month on twelve months billed at $1,788. Sprout says the provider visit, the medication and shipping are inside that price. Notice the wording on the monthly plan: four weeks, not a calendar month, so a full year of month-to-month billing is thirteen charges, about $1,937 for semaglutide.
Sign-up is built for speed. You answer a short online assessment, pick a plan, a state-licensed clinician reviews your answers, and Sprout says most prescriptions reach a pharmacy within two business days, with shipping in three to seven business days after that. Its how-it-works page does not mention a live video visit or lab work, which keeps things quick but also means less hands-on oversight than a program that checks bloodwork. You can ask to use a different licensed pharmacy if you prefer.
