Our take on SnagRx
SnagRx keeps its menu short: compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, both as weekly injections, and nothing else for weight loss. The home page leads with a fall sale, "Semaglutide for $69 / Tirzepatide for $119," crossed out against $299 and $349, with a countdown clock warning that the price goes up soon. The pitch is "locked-in flat pricing for life": one price at every dose, no membership, no visit fees, and free one-to-two-day shipping in a cold pack. The FAQ adds that SnagRx offers subscribe-and-save discounts if you commit to a set number of months. The full price list, plan by plan, does not appear until after you hand over your name, email and phone number.
The company is Modern Metabolic Medicine, Inc., registered in Delaware. Prescribing is done by OpenLoop Health, a national network of licensed clinicians. Unlike most compounded GLP-1 sellers, SnagRx names its four partner pharmacies in the site footer, with street addresses and phone numbers: Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy in Utah, Health Warehouse in Kentucky, Precision Medicine in New York and Triad Rx in Alabama. The site says its pharmacies are U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies and that its medical director reviewed that network. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved, and SnagRx's own footer says so. The standard semaglutide protocol listed in the FAQ comes with ondansetron, the anti-nausea drug sold as Zofran.
The order of operations is what to understand before you start. You answer a short qualifier, pick a medication, pay for the first month, and only then fill out the full medical intake in the patient portal. The refund policy, updated in August 2026, calls every payment "final and non-refundable at the time of purchase," whether or not you ever finish the intake. The one exception is a clinician deciding you are not eligible, and even then the value of the review is subtracted from your refund. Multi-month plans are non-refundable in whole and in part.
Coverage is stated three different ways. The FAQ says every state except Louisiana, with Nebraska limited to patients 19 and older. The terms say all 50 states plus Washington, D.C. The qualifier's state menu lists Louisiana and Mississippi like any other state. If you live in either one, ask support before you pay.
Signing up, paying and canceling

- We walked the qualifier with dummy details in October 2026. It is one long form: height, weight, goal weight, state, birth date and two lists of medical exclusions. After that come a screen offering add-ons "to personalize" the medication, a question asking whether you care more about price or a stronger medication, and a "very high chance of success" result shown before any clinician has seen your answers. The next step asks for name, email and phone. We stopped there, before any plan prices were shown.
- To cancel, email or call support, or use the patient portal, at least 72 hours before your next billing date. A request that arrives inside that window does not stop the charge, and the charge is non-refundable.
- Orders received before 2 p.m. Central ship the same day by next-day UPS or FedEx in a temperature-controlled box, and every shipment is insured against loss unless you entered the wrong address.
- A live ticker in the qualifier claims "24 doctors reviewing 175 patients," and the site says clinicians usually review a chart within 24 hours, often in under five.
