Our take on Strut Health
Strut is a Dallas telehealth company that sells men's health, hair, skin and testosterone care alongside weight loss, and it shows: the GLP-1 pages read like a storefront, with each medicine sold as its own product and its own price. Four versions sit on the menu today — semaglutide as a once-weekly shot or a daily buccal lozenge you hold against your cheek, and tirzepatide the same two ways. All four are compounded, which means a pharmacy mixes them and the FDA has not approved them; Strut prints that disclaimer under every price, and it offers no Wegovy or Zepbound route at all.
Pricing is the reason people end up here. The semaglutide lozenge page shows $99 a month on auto-refill, a 21% saving over buying a single month; the injection page shows $129 a month on the same plan. Tirzepatide is listed at $149 a month as an injection and $199 a month as a lozenge, again with auto-refill. Every one of those figures says it already covers the physician consultation, follow-ups and shipping, so the number on the page is close to the number on your card. One wrinkle: the semaglutide overview page prints $199 for a 30-day lozenge supply while the lozenge's own page says $99, so read the price on the checkout screen before you pay.
What you give up is face time. Strut's own FAQ says some states do not require a phone consultation, so many people are prescribed after a questionnaire and never hear a voice; you can message a physician through your account or ask support to arrange a call. There are no published labs and no coaching program. Strut does not take insurance and will not fill out prior-authorization or medical-necessity paperwork, because it describes itself as a cash-pay practice.
Who it suits: a self-directed adult who already knows the side effects of a GLP-1, wants the cheapest needle-free option on a clear price list, and is happy to manage refills from an account page. - Strut's refund policy is blunt: once medication leaves the pharmacy it cannot be returned or refunded, and a cancellation that arrives after the pharmacy has processed the order is not refunded either.
