yourEra, run by Your Era Management, L.L.C., is a small, injection-only GLP-1 program with a wellness menu around it. The two weight-loss drugs are compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, each sent with a welcome kit of injection supplies. Beyond those it lists NAD+ from $170 a month, sermorelin and other recovery peptides, and "microdosing protocols" from $179 a month that it describes as sub-therapeutic schedules for mood and focus rather than weight. There is no brand-name pen and no pill, and yourEra states plainly that its compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.
On price, the home page in October 2026 showed semaglutide from $79 a month and tirzepatide from $159, with the visit, prescription and shipping included and the same price at every dose. What it did not show is which plan or which month those starting figures apply to; the refill schedule and the exact charge appear at checkout after the intake.
