The homepage says the price stays the same at every dose; the public descriptions do not fully identify the purchase term or recurring amount for every offer. A claim that there is no separate membership fee also does not establish that a purchase has no subscription.

There is more clinical and pharmacy disclosure now than a generic promise of U.S. fulfillment. The website identifies OpenLoop Healthcare Partners and affiliated practices as providing medical services, with AltRx handling administrative functions. It lists RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine, and Triad Rx among network members. That list does not tell you which facility will fill your own prescription or establish that every listed business performs the same role. The cancellation language deserves more attention than the phrase cancel anytime. The August refund policy requires at least 72 hours before the next charge, while the older May terms say 48 hours. Get the applicable deadline confirmed and allow the longer window. The policy generally makes payment final, including unused portions of multi-month purchases. Medical disqualification can produce a refund for the unused portion after charges for services already delivered are deducted. Keep the offer, payment receipt, and cancellation confirmation. Canceling future billing and recovering a payment are separate questions.

AltRx also lists branded Wegovy and Zepbound, so check whether your quote is for an approved finished product or a compounded preparation. Its cash-pay terms do not promise insurance reimbursement.
