- Every price the funnel displays is the twelve-month prepay rate: the price component is a min() over the term ladder, so "From $178/mo" semaglutide really means $2,140 paid up front, and the month-to-month rate is rendered on no page at all
- One advertised figure exists at no tier — a footnote reads "Plans start at $171/mo for compounded semaglutide and $200/mo for compounded tirzepatide", but no tirzepatide rung is $200 and the $171 belongs to the oral tablet, not the injection
- The FAQ describes a prepaid twelve-month rate as a plan "with no contract"
- Oral semaglutide runs a parallel ladder ($249 month-to-month down to $171/mo on a yearly prepay) that the injectable price above does not cover — check which product a quoted figure is for
