Our take on Enhance MD
Enhance MD sorts its weight-loss drugs into three named tiers. GLP-1 Core is compounded semaglutide, GLP-1 Advanced is compounded tirzepatide, and GLP-1 Elite combines the two in one plan for people who have stalled on a single drug. Each is priced the same at every dose, so moving up the titration ladder does not raise the bill. In October 2026 Core was $212, Advanced $280 and Elite $322, each with a first month about $100 cheaper ($112, $180 and $222). There is also a microdosed tirzepatide plan at $169 a month at 1 mg a week, which Enhance frames as a longevity protocol where weight loss "may occur" but is not the aim, and NAD+ injections from $169.
The distinctive part is the lab work. Enhance's own FAQ says clinicians check a comprehensive metabolic panel, lipids, thyroid (TSH) and HbA1c before starting, and its plan cards list metabolic lab testing every six months. The sign-up steps reflect that: medical intake, then labs, then a provider consultation, then home delivery. That is slower than the questionnaire-only programs, but it is real screening for liver, kidney, pancreas and thyroid problems before a prescription.
Everything here is compounded, which means not FDA-approved, and there is no Wegovy, Zepbound or oral route to fall back on. Billing renews automatically every 28 days, so a year runs to thirteen charges, roughly $2,656 on Core at the regular price.
