The caveats
- The number you see first is the smallest vial; plain compounded semaglutide is $262.50 at 5 mg and $350 at 10 mg, and the FAQ says cost can rise with dose
- Prices are shown against a struck-through figure that is permanent, so the saving it implies is not one
- Six pharmacies are named, but no 503A or 503B designation is given for any of them
- Shipping is billed at checkout at an unpublished rate, overnight cold only for anything refrigerated
- The GLP-1 programs are unavailable in six or seven states the company otherwise serves
